Cars 2 DVD and Blu-ray Disc
Length: 106 minutes
MPAA Rating: G
This Pixar animated film is the sequel to Cars (2006), and although the principal characters are still motor vehicles that talk, the new movie is quite a bit different. Nearly all the voice actors — except for Paul Newman, who passed away — are back, but the main character becomes Mater (voice of Larry the Cable Guy), the tow truck. Now the racecar Lightning (voice of Owen Wilson) goes on the grand prix circuit, and there are two new characters, British secret agents voiced by Michael Caine and Emily Mortimer. Mater has incredible adventures, as the action moves from Tokyo to the Italian Riviera to London.

Crazy, Stupid, Love.DVD and Blu-ray Disc
Length: 118 minutes
MPAA Rating: PG-13 for coarse humor, sexual content and language
Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Julianne Moore and Emma Stone star in this nonformulaic romantic comedy for grownups, and Marisa Tomei and Kevin Bacon appear in supporting roles. Several characters have relationship issues in the film, but it all centers on 40-something Cal (Carell), whose wife (Moore) begins divorce proceedings after years of marriage. But Cal meets a lothario named Jacob (Gosling), who teaches him about the single life. Meanwhile, Jacob becomes attracted to a law student (Stone). There are laughs in the movie, but there are also undercurrents of seriousness and ambivalence.

Water for Elephants DVD
Length: 120 minutes
MPAA Rating: PG-13 for moments of intense violence and sexual content
Reese Witherspoon, Robert Pattinson and Christoph Waltz star in this period piece based on Sara Gruen's best-selling novel. The setting is a Depression-era traveling circus. Jacob (Pattinson) is just short of finishing veterinarian training when his parents die in an accident. He hops a train that is transporting a circus owned by August (Waltz), who makes Jacob his vet. Marlena (Witherspoon), August's wife, rides horses in the show, and Jacob gets into a romantic relationship with her. When August buys an elephant named Rosie, Jacob becomes her handler, but eventually everything spirals out of control.
