The Netflix class-action lawsuit seems likely to be settled on or shortly after March 22, 2006. To be eligible to receive compensation, you must have been a Netflix customer before January 15, 2005. Those who are no longer Netflix customers are expected to be offered one month free service, while those still with Netflix can get a free upgrade for a month. Netflix has agreed not to extend service beyond the free month without explicit customer approval.
