This family comedy is the sequel to Are We There Yet? (2005), and Ice Cube, Nia Long and the kids are all back. Are We Done Yet? is based very loosely on Mr. Blandings Builds His Dreamhouse (1948). In the new movie, Nick (Ice Cube) has married Suzanne (Nia Long), and she and her two kids have moved into Nick's small apartment. When she becomes pregnant with twins, they decide to move to a big house in the country. But buying and fixing up their new home leads to a profusion of comedic complications.
