Jude Law and Gwyneth Paltrow star in this action sci-fi film. On the eve of World War II, half a dozen top scientists have disappeared and gigantic robots lumber through Manhattan. Aviator Sky Captain (Law) and newspaper reporter Polly Perkins (Paltrow) team up to try to save the world from a German madman, leading them to Nepal. Angelina Jolie plays a supporting role, and old footage of Laurence Olivier has been edited into the movie.
