There the hard-drinking Lu Yan (Chan) and the Silent Monk (Li) first battle each other, then team up and join forces with Jason and a good-looking young female warrior called Golden Sparrow. Their objective is to deliver a magical staff to the Monkey King (Li again), but an evil warlord and a wicked witch are out to stop them.
