Disappointments

I'm glad I own the Pulp Fiction Collector's Edition DVD set, but there are some disappointments. First, there's very little commentary on the movie by Tarantino anywhere on the DVDs. Second, there's no scholarly commentary on the film at all. And third, the special features mostly focus on the reaction to the film soon after its 1994 release and lack the perspective that the intervening years have given. I'm guessing that a better DVD version of Pulp Fiction will come out within the next couple of years.
