This cross-dressing basketball comedy stars Miguel A. Nuñez, Jr., and Vivica A. Fox. Nuñez portrays Jamal Jeffries, a star professional basketball player for a Charlotte men's team. After a temper tantrum that involves public exhibitionism, Jamal is thrown out of the league and ends up facing bankruptcy. In desperation, Jamal dresses in drag and dons a wig and, using the name Juwanna Mann, becomes the star player on a women's pro team. Of course, Juwanna/Jamal encounters difficulties that include showering with the new team, controlling unruly falsies, and dealing with men who hit on him. He's also smitten with the women's team captain, Michelle Langford (Fox). But Jamal learns a lot about himself while playing basketball with the women, and he ultimately becomes a better man.

This
is a monster movie featuring huge, fire-breathing dragons. The story is set
in 2020, when the world is dominated by a large number of the dragons, who
were accidently unleashed two decades earlier at a construction site in England.
Only pockets of civilization have survived the marauding flying reptiles,
and one such settlement is hunkered down in a remote castle under the leadership
of Quinn (Christian Bale). One day an American paramilitary force under the
leadership of Van Zan (Matthew McConaughey) arrives at the castle, claiming
that there is only one male dragon, and if he is killed, the dragons will
eventually die off. Although Quinn and Van Zan disagree violently about how
to deal with the dragons, they have little choice but to battle against the
monsters in any way they can.

Aimed at kids, this somewhat old-fashioned animated film is narrated by Matt Damon. Spirit is a wild stallion who roams the American Old West with an untamed herd. Then he is captured by United States Cavalry troops, and the commanding colonel (voice of James Cromwell) sets out to break him. After Spirit throws the colonel, the officer prepares to shoot him. However, while in captivity, Spirit meets Little Creek (voice of Daniel Studi), an Indian. Spirit and Little Creek initially engage in a lengthy battle of wills, but they eventually team up to escape. Although humans keep trying to capture Spirit, he tenaciously resists and tries to make his way back to his herd. Along the way, Spirit has various adventures, including falling in love with a feisty mare.

PG-13 for brief strong language, a sexual reference and thematic elements.
Written and directed by John Sayles, this drama features an ensemble cast that includes Edie Falco, Angela Bassett, Jane Alexander, Ralph Waite, Timothy Hutton, and Alan King. The film tells the interlocking stories of several people in adjacent coastal Florida communities. One of the communities has lots of white retirees, while another is a rather prosperous enclave of African Americans. The people in the communities are thrown into crisis when a development company wants to buy their land and turn the entire area into a resort. But this isn't a simpleminded movie: Everything about the local way of life may not be worth preserving, and many of the locals are not completely happy with the lives they are living. Sayles' genius lies in the way he shows how the characters deal with change.
