PG for non-stop frenetic animated action
This is an animated children's film, but adults who watch it with kids probably

little girls who appear regularly in a TV series on the Cartoon Network. It
seems that in the city of Townsville, Professor Utonium set out to create
the perfect little girl in his lab. He put in sugar and spice and everything
nice, but a substance called Chemical X accidentally got into the mix, and
out came Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercupthree little girls with huge
heads, big eyes that can shoot laser beams, and the ability to fly. The girls
are conned by an evil monkey named Mojo Jojo into helping him and other simians
take over Townsville. But eventually the Powerpuff Girls learn from their
