Guide Review - "Futurama - Volume Two" DVD Review
Futurama can be just plain silly at times, but its also often funny and well-written with lots of wit and smart satire. I laughed loud and often watching Futurama - Volume Two on DVD. I found the adventures of Bender, Fry, Leela, Nibbler and the rest of the Planet Express crew enormously entertaining. In fact, I actually enjoyed Futurama - Volume Two slightly more than Volume One, which I reviewed earlier this year. Perhaps this was because I had more time to settle into the characters and the wacky sci-fi world of this animated television series set in 3000 from Matt Groening. Fans of the show will enjoy the DVD bonus materials, which include Easter eggs, deleted scenes, and commentaries.
