Guide Review - "Dark Angel Season Two" DVD Review
The second season of the TV show Dark Angel is often entertaining, but it also can be a little uneven. In season two, Max (Jessica Alba) faces new challenges including being unable to physically touch Logan Cale (Michael Weatherly), the man she loves, because she is infected with a virus genetically tailored to kill him. But to my mind, the season one DVDs were more interesting, perhaps because the stories driving the episodes themselves were stronger in terms of drama. But still, I enjoyed watching the season two DVDs, and especially liked the sci-fi noir feeling of the shows along with the kind of inventive imagination that Ive come to expect in this television series created by James Cameron.
