The Bottom Line
"Narc" is a B-movie, but I liked the way it captured the gritty world of narcotics cops. Although fast-paced, the film gave me enough about its characters that I cared what happened to them.

Guide Review - "Narc" DVD Review
"Narc" is a B-movie, but I liked the way it captured the gritty world of narcotics cops. Nick Tellis (Patric) and Henry Oak (Liotta), police detectives who arent into teamwork, are assigned to solve the murder of an undercover narcotics cop. Their investigation takes them into the hellish Detroit drug underworld, where the distinction between right and wrong gets blurred. As the investigation proceeds, Tellis comes to believe that something about Oak may hold the key to solving the murder. The fast pace and raw intensity of the movie kept me riveted, yet enough time was spent on developing the characters of the two detectives that I actually cared what happened to them.
